Return and replacement conditions

If the Product is unsuitable or does not meet the Customer's requirements, the Customer shall be entitled to return or replace the Product to another size or model within 14 days of receipt of the Product.

FREE EXCHANGE - BY COURIER - CONVENIENT & FAST

  • If the size of the purchased item proves to be inaccurate, or if you wish to change it to another model, we offer a courier exchange.
  • 1-3 will deliver a courier to your specified address during working days to pick up your return items and deliver new items instantly! The courier will notify you by telephone of your arrival.
  • To make the exchange process as fast as possible, please call our customer service line + 371 27776222 or write an email to brandberry.eu@gmail.com and inform us about the product you have chosen for exchange. Product exchange via courier can take 1-2 business days if the item is on stock in our OUTLET, and 5-10 business days if the item is in stock.

FREE RETURN - BY COURIER - CONVENIENT & FAST

  • If you order several items and decide to return only a few items, in this case the return is Free! 1-3 will deliver a courier to your specified address during business days to pick up your return items. The courier will notify you by telephone of your arrival.
  • If you want to return your entire order, it will only cost you 2,49 Euro. The DPN courier will arrive at your specified address 1-3 during business days to pick up the return items. The courier will notify you by telephone of your arrival. THE REFUND OF THE GOODS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE AMOUNT OF THE REFUND. The money will be returned within 3 days.
  • If you choose to receive a refund for your returned item in the form of a BrandBerry.eu gift card, the return fee will not be deducted! You will be given a gift card worth the entire amount ordered, without expiration date!

Brandberry.eu Online Store is not responsible for:

  • Damage to the Goods due to the Customer's fault or improper care;
  • Defects due to misuse of the good;
  • For natural physical wear and tear caused by the use of the good.

Return conditions and procedures:

  • the item to be returned must be in its original, neat packaging;
  • the item must not be damaged by the buyer;
  • the product must not have been used, have lost its original appearance (undamaged labels, unopened protective films, etc.);
  • the returned item must have the same set as it was received by the Buyer;
